How is my Social Security Number protected?

Your SSN is encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest in our database using industry-standard encryption. Only specific authorized staff can decrypt it, and every decryption event is logged with the user, time, and reason. We never share your SSN beyond the lender or dealership facilitating your specific transaction, and we never use it for marketing or sell it to third parties.

Do I have to visit a dealership?

Rarely. Everything is done remotely — pricing, paperwork, and delivery. You can sign electronically or in person at our Costa Mesa office. However, some brands like Kia do require in-person signings.

What's the broker fee?

Our broker fee covers our work as your auto broker: locating the vehicle, negotiating the deal, handling paperwork, and getting the car to you. The fee is due once you decide to move forward and want us to secure the deal and begin processing — it is not charged while you are still shopping. The fee is required together with your credit application so we can start sourcing. There are no hidden charges; the fee is shown on every deal and on the final paperwork before you sign.

Can I lease with a different mileage allowance?

Yes. The miles per year listed are a starting point. We can quote 7,500 / 10,000 / 12,000 / 15,000 mile leases — payment adjusts accordingly. All makes have their own minimums and maximums.

Are these new or used cars?

We are a new car brokerage. The only used car deals will be CPO leases or demo units, which will be labeled as such.

Are the advertised payments real?

Yes — every payment on our specials page is built from a real program at a real dealer at the time we post it. The only things that move the final number are your ZIP code (tax + registration), your credit tier, and the MSRP of the specific VIN you take delivery of. If anything shifts, we tell you before you sign — not at the dealership.

Do the advertised payments include tax?

Our payments are shown "+ tax" so you can compare them apples-to-apples with anywhere else. California sales tax is added on top based on your ZIP. Before you commit, we send you the full out-the-door number in writing — payment, taxes, registration, drive-off, broker fee, all of it — so there are no surprises.

Why are your prices better than the dealer's?

Three reasons. We do this every day, so we know which lenders are aggressive on which programs in any given week. We don't carry inventory we need to move, so we're never trying to push you into the wrong car. And we negotiate at volume across dozens of dealers, which gives us leverage you don't have walking in cold.

What do you need from me to get a quote?

Five things, and you can text them: 1) the year, make, model and trim you want, 2) your ZIP code, 3) lease or finance, 4) annual miles if it's a lease, 5) what you'd like to put down. Any rebates you qualify for (loyalty, conquest, military, college grad) help us sharpen the number.

How fast will I hear back?

Same day on weekdays, usually within a couple of hours during business hours. If it's late or on a weekend, you'll have a real quote the next morning. We don't drip-feed information to keep you on the hook.

Can I see the full deal breakdown before I commit?

Always. We send the full numbers in writing — selling price, money factor, residual, drive-off, monthly payment, broker fee — before you sign anything. If a broker won't show you the math up front, that's a red flag.

Do deals change during the month?

Yes. Manufacturer programs reset on the 1st, and lenders sometimes adjust money factor or residual mid-month based on inventory. If you see a number you love, the safest move is to lock it that week — we'll always tell you honestly whether it's likely to hold.

Will applying hurt my credit?

Our standard credit app is a hard pull at the captive lender — we only run it once we've agreed on a specific car and structure, so you're not stacking pulls.

My current lease is ending — when should I reach out?

Sixty to ninety days before your lease-end date. That gives us time to look at pull-ahead programs (a lot of brands waive your last 1–3 payments), shop the buyout if you're considering keeping it, and make sure your next car is ready the same day you turn the old one in. No gap, no rental.

Who is the lease actually through?

The brand's captive lender — BMW Financial Services, Mercedes-Benz Financial, Audi Financial, Toyota Financial, or a credit union for certain brands like Toyota, etc. We're not the lender and we're not a third party in the middle. You make payments directly to the captive, exactly the same as if you'd leased at the dealer.
