Worked with Youssef in leasing my 2026 Cadillac Optiq. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Youssef was there for me during the entire process and was in constant communication with me and the dealership until the car was delivered to my house. I didn't have to set foot in the dealership, the entire process was completed online, including signing lease documents, making the down payment and getting the car delivered to my house. Will never ever go back to the traditional car buying process, this is the way to go. The pricing of the lease was very competitive, and this was the best deal I could get in the market. Highly recommend when you are looking for new car. I got great deals on an Ioniq 9 lease in March '26 and purchased an Ioniq 5 in May '26. I worked with Moiz (aka Morris) both times and informed of him of current deals I was seeing in Northern CA and he was able to find better ones for me even when factoring in the modest broker fees. The process both times were extremely smooth and primarily handled over text with prompt replies to questions along the way. The best part was not having to go through the typical dealer back and forth and being able to avoid any discussions of add-ons with the financing department. I am confident will Coastal Motor Group will get the best possible deals and will be referring them to anyone I know that is looking for a new car.
